The Project Vanguard Action Fund is a 501(c)(4) social welfare organization dedicated to advocacy for veterans and American energy. Contributions are not tax-deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes.
Educational and workforce-development programs are conducted separately by the Project Vanguard Foundation, a 501(c)(3) organization; gifts to the Foundation are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.
